Lindsey Bogachus - GWC Community Outreach Volunteer

Lindsey Bogachus

Volunteer. Community Outreach Coordinator. Lindsey recently completed a postdoctoral fellowship in diabetes research. She is passionate about conservation and hopes to encourage teenage girls to consider entering a career path in nature photography and/or conservation.

Lindsey loves to travel the world- immersing herself in local culture and customs. She has volunteered in Kenya, Thailand, and Borneo (Malaysia). When she isn’t traveling abroad she loves spending time with family and friends, exploring a new area, or working out at the gym. A number of years ago Lindsey met Suzi, the founder of GWC, on a trip to India while Suzi was working on a tiger project. The GWC photography workshops are an opportunity that Lindsey would have loved as a teenager and she hopes will inspire this generation of teenage girls.
