Girls Who Click is a dynamic 501c(3) nonprofit and rapidly growing force in the global photography and conservation community.
Through our two cornerstone programs, free workshops for youth ages 13–18 and our Ambassador Program for female and female-identifying photographers ages 16–30, we’re creating clear pathways for emerging storytellers to step confidently into leadership, visual storytelling, and environmental advocacy. Together, we’re empowering the next generation to use their voices and lenses to protect the planet.
Workshops
Girls Who Click provides FREE nature photography workshops to teen girls, ages 13-18 both in-person and online. These are led by our Partner Photographers who are full-time professional photographers who are eager to share knowledge, experience and advice to teen girls interested in photography and nature. Workshops are small, containing between 8-20 students, allowing for a very personalized approach.
Ambassador Program
The Girls Who Click Ambassador Program is intended for young photographers/videographers ages of 16 to 30. We aim to uplift these young people through mentorships with professional female nature photographers/videographers who want to embrace the next generation. The mentee will come out of the program equipped with a strong community, the knowledge necessary to enter the professional industry and confidence to naviagate the rest of their careers.
