Maureen Gathoni

Maureen Gathoni (she/her) is a wildlife and documentary photographer based in Kenya, passionate about using visual storytelling to inspire change. She focuses on themes of wildlife conservation, human-wildlife coexistence, and empowering women in conservation.  Her work highlights the efforts of rangers, communities, and conservationists, aiming to inspire the next generation of women to engage in conservation and storytelling. She is committed to amplifying underrepresented voices and addressing critical environmental challenges through impactful photography.
