Advisory Board. Gary Kachadurian has over 35 years of real estate experience specializing in land and asset acquisition, construction, development, financing, and management. He is also an avid nature photographer.
He currently consults with clients on the development and acquisition of apartment properties via The Kachadurian Group LLC, and is a partner in a Chicago-based multifamily development company, Monroe Residential Partners LLC.
Gary was a founding Board member of the Chicago Apartment Association, was formerly Chairman and now serves on the Executive Committee of the National Multi Housing Council, and has served as Board Member of the Multifamily Council of the National Association of Home Builders. He is also a Director of the KBS/Legacy REIT and a member of the Board of Bluerock Residential REIT (BRG).
Gary is on the Advisory Board of Cure Violence in Chicago, and is a Board Member of Big Sky Youth Empowerment. He is involved with a number of conservation groups including the Gallatin Valley Land Trust.
