One of the most special things about Girls Who Click is seeing what can happen when a young photographer is given a chance.
This year, GWC Ambassador Shoshana Coleman was given a chance to participate in an unforgettable field experience in Brazil’s Pantanal, where she spent eleven days learning, photographing wildlife, and growing as a photographer. With the generous support of the hosts generously donated a trip with Cat Expeditions, led by wildlife and conservation photographers Sebastian Kennerknecht and Rachel Tobias. They welcomed her into the field, Shoshana was able to experience something that might otherwise have been out of reach.
The result is beautiful. And beyond the photographs, young photographer being encouraged to say yes to adventure, to learn from experienced photographers, and to explore what she is capable of.
We are so grateful to the hosts who made this opportunity possible. Your generosity helped create a memory, a body of work, and an experience that Shoshana will carry with her as she continues to find her voice as a photographer.
We’re thrilled to share a little of her journey with you.
